Niecy's Hair Booking Policies

SERVICE DEPOSITS

There is a non-refundable $75 required deposit to book any hair service.


All kids services requires a non-refundable $25 deposit.

LATE ARRIVALS

ALL LATE CLIENTS WILL BE SUBJECT FOR RESCHEDULE. 

$25 for every 15 minutes you’re late. Late fee must be paid before services is rendered. After 30 mins your appointment will be canceled. 


I value the time spent with each client & each client is given the opportunity to choose their preferred appt time & date assuming that you will arrive on time & ready!

CANCELLATIONS

Niecy’s Hair requires you to cancel services 48 hours prior to your appointment. If services aren’t cancelled within 48 hours your card on file will be charged half of the service fee. 

NO EXTRA GUESTS

To ensure each client is properly attended to, please do not bring any extra guests to your appointment. Only clients being serviced are allowed. 


If a child (3 years old and up) is being serviced, be prepared to drop them off or you may wait in your car until their services are complete. In extremely rare situations, you may be asked to stay for the appointment. This is the ONLY exception.

SICK POLICY

The health and safety of all is extremely important. If you are not feeling well, please do not attend your appointment. Contact me (214) 622-1977 as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment. 


Your deposit will be transferred to a new available date as a one-time courtesy.

TRAVEL FEE

Looking for a house call or on-site stylist? I'll come to you! Travel fees vary based on location, gas, and tolls. 


Within 20 mile radius = $50 flat rate 

20-40 mile radius = $100 flat rate 

40+ mile radius = $100 + $2 per additional mile over 40 miles

CLEAN HAIR POLICY

Hair should be clean, free of grease & buildup for services including braids, crochet or sew-in. If hair is not clean services can be refused. 


If hair is not clean prior to service, a $50 fee will be added to your final total.

No, all deposits are non-refundable. Adult services requires a $75 non-refundable deposit and kid services require and $25 non-refundable deposit.


If there is a need to reschedule due to illness (reference Sick Policy), the deposit will be transferred to a new appointment date. 


A shampoo is included with a silk press ONLY. All other services require that you arrive with clean hair and without added product.


Zelle, ApplePay, Credit/Debit Card are all acceptable forms of payment. 


CashApp and Venmo are NOT ACCEPTABLE forms of payment.


No additional guests are allowed with you during the appointment. Children are not allowed unless they are being serviced. 


Hair is included with all braid services. However, if you would like to purchase bundles for a sew-in service, please let me know in advance.
